My Approach

I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship. I utilize warmth and authenticity to create an environment in which clients can comfortably engage in self-exploration and growth. I work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored treatment plans to fit each person’s unique needs and goals.

 

I employ an integrative approach to therapy, based in cognitive-behavioral and relational theories, then incorporate acceptance and mindfulness-based interventions.

 

Emphasizing overall health and well-being, I enjoy working with clients to examine the connection between mental and physical health. I help clients build adaptive coping skills in order to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
